First Look: The Citadel at Nemeton
The Citadel at Nemeton crowns the weathered, spray-slick bulk of Eagle Rock. Many centuries have flowed over and around the fortress’s venerable walls. Its doughty garrison is ever-vigilant for threats emerging from the mainland’s howling wilderlands. The citadel is a mighty fortress —deemed by many to be all but impregnable built as it is to make the best use of its considerable natural defences. However, its garrison is not numerous, and thus, its lords—since Nylemouth’s destruction—have contented themselves with hegemony over Solonor and have not strayed too deeply into the monster-infested mainland.
Citadel on the Wilderlands is a flavour-rich 5e mini-campaign setting designed for low-level characters intent on wilderness exploration and dungeon delving. Designed to be easy to prepare and easy to run, Citadel on the Wilderlands is perfect for GMs who don’t have unending time to prep for the next session.
